Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28, 1984, is a native of New York City. She was always interested in acting as an actress. Her journey began when she attended at the School of the Arts at Boston University. Noureen started auditioning for roles shortly after her graduation. She was cast in 2005. got her first role in a crucial role for an upcoming film titled West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival of 2005, and it was also played at other festivals. The film won in 2007 when it was honoured with the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film. This set the stage for Noureen to be successful in the future.
