Bella Poarch born in Philippines on February 9, 1997. Her parents are Filipino parents were Filipinos. Her mother was raised in the slums by her parents before she reached when she was 3 years old. Then she was adopted. The father she adopted, who is Filipino-American with military background, was white, and American.
