Noureen DeWulf was born on 28 February 1984 in New York City. She was always interested in acting as an actress. As she attended the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to establish the basis of the career she would pursue. Noureen auditioned for different roles soon after graduation. Her auditions led to a key role in the film West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in various film festivals all over the globe following its premier at Sundance Film Festival 2005. The film also took home the Oscar for Best Live Action Short Film at the 2007 79th Academy Awards and assisted Noureen's professional career.
