Anne Phung Nguyen. Hello! My name is Anne Phung Nguyen. A Vietnamese American entrepreneur who lives with her amazing partner JP and her family in Orange County California. Henry is a very happy and lucky father. Many people recognize me on Instagram and I write about my journey - from the upwards to the downwards. My parents accompanied me to America in the year 1990 when I was just one-and-a half. It wouldn't be possible to share my life story today had my parents not worked to the max and sacrifice. When I realized that I had the potential to have a brighter future and I wanted to be successful and do my parents proud. My mind could see the path I wanted to take for life. You go to college and then graduate. Be married. Purchase a home. Have kids. That was my ideal of what success looked like. However, life was not so keen on my thoughts. In 2013, my job as a corporate employee was one I had a fear of. Money and status did not bring me joy. I believed that I was living a solitary time to make a living. The year 2013 was when I realized that my passion was fitness. I also loved getting out and about to help others. On the path towards this new direction in life, I discovered personal training. This year I will celebrate the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014 I began my own business. It's not common to see an Asian woman working in this field. I strive to be a positive influencer within the business to offer the best coaching and guidance to help individuals to be healthier and happier them by creating an environment that is sustainable and meets the individual needs and desires. Additionally, I want to encourage individuals to follow their desires and accomplish anything and everything they want to do in their life. My career took off as I was experiencing the most successful times in my entire life. However, my mother passed away just when my professional life began to fall off. The battle she fought for eight years with the disease has ended and she is now in Heaven. She will always be in my heart and brain. Life's lessons are often hidden from us yet they can prove extremely beneficial. There are many ways that my mother's passing has changed my life. It is my belief that she offered me another chance to be a part of her story after she passed away. Her death at Tet/Lunar New Year Day was her opportunity to start with a fresh start. It was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. As I enter my 30's, I'm alive and alert. of the fact that I live my life now and not merely existing like I did in the past. As I tell my story I hope my words will resonate with you. It is my wish that my words can aid you in understanding that you're not alone. That you have the capacity to succeed in whatever you want to achieve. Since death is the only thing that we can have I wish you a great time in your life and die with no regrets.
